Booking Procedures

1. Determine which hunt you are interested in, and please feel free to contact me at anytime for further information or questions about any particular hunt.

2. Choose the dates you are wanting to hunt and how many hunters are included in your party. Contact us to confirm the dates are open that you have chosen

3. If you book a hunt over the phone we will hold the dates for 10 days so the mail can get the deposit check to us. We will not hold any dates without a deposit.

4. We require a 50% Non Refundable Deposit to hold your requested dates. If some reason you cannot make your hunt deposits can be changed to other open dates, to the following year, pending openings or transfer to another hunter. 
NOTE: PERSONAL CHECKS WILL
NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED FOR DEPOSITS. CASHIERS CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS OR CREDIT CARDS ONLY

5. The remaining balance on all hunts are to be paid 30 days prior to the hunt. Unless you upgrade at the ranch or take additional animals.
